Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey is an American single malt from Cedar Ridge Distillery, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made by hand from malted barley alone. The whiskey is finished in a variety of individual casks and then combined with a solera. This gives a depth of character and complexity that ageing in a single traditional barrel does not achieve.
