Celtic Revival 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled by Brave New Spirits at 40% ABV in a 10cl bottle. It has spent its twelve years maturing in American bourbon oak casks.
The nose brings crunchy green apple, vanilla, citrus and melted caramel, with peach juice, blackberries, malt biscuits and a little banana. On the palate come vanilla, white pepper, rose and lemon juice, with unripe pear and a texture that is both greasy and dry.
The finish carries cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts, with wood tannins.
