Centennial 10 Year Old is a Canadian whisky made by Highwood Distillers in Alberta. It was matured for 10 years in Kentucky bourbon oak barrels and produced in small batches. It is bottled at 40% in a 1.14 litre bottle.
The nose brings honey, vanilla and butterscotch with toasted oak and gentle spice. On the palate it is smooth and rounded, with creamy sweetness, vanilla, honey and soft spice. The finish is mellow and warming, with toasted oak and vanilla sweetness lingering.
