Centennial Maple Whisky (75cl, 35%)

Centennial Maple Whisky is a maple-flavoured Canadian whisky from Highwood Distillers in Alberta, bottled at 35% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It pairs the mellow character of Canadian whisky with maple sweetness, and can be drunk on its own, over ice or in whisky cocktails. The nose opens with sweet maple and vanilla, followed by caramel and soft grain. The palate is smooth and rounded, with maple, creamy caramel, vanilla and mild spice. The finish is soft and sweet, with lingering maple, caramel and vanilla.
