Chicken Cock Kentucky Straight Rye is a rye whiskey from Kentucky, with the spice and vanilla expected of the style alongside a distinct herbaceous character.
Mint and sage come through on the palate, and the finish carries a pleasant hit of nutmeg. Those flavours could make it an interesting choice for cocktails.
