This is a limited-edition 16 year old blended Scotch whisky from Chivas Regal, made in collaboration with the Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The age statement refers to Leclerc's racing number. He selected a first-fill sherry cask Longmorn single malt during a visit to Scotland, and it forms the centre of the blend.
The nose offers mandarin, raisins, manuka honey and violet cream chocolates. The palate brings orange marmalade, apple cake, toasted oak, dark toffee and warming spice, and the finish is smooth and long, with caramel, baking spice and a light nuttiness.
