Royal Salute Key To The Kingdom is a 30 year old blended Scotch whisky from Chivas Brothers, bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle. This limited release blends aged malt and grain whiskies, and comes in a key-inspired presentation made to honour royal heritage.
It is deep amber in colour, with a rich, smooth house style given added concentration by its long maturation.
The nose brings dried fruits, figs, raisins, honey, polished oak, warm spices and a hint of smoke. On the palate are dark chocolate, stewed fruits, toffee and baking spices with gentle oak. The finish is long, with sweet spice, oak and dried fruit.
