Cierto Private Collection Reposado is an additive-free tequila made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave grown in the volcanic soils of the Amatitán valley in Jalisco.
It is distilled at NOM 1146 in Amatitán, under master distillers Enrique Fonzeca and Sergio Mendoza, and rested for eleven months in French Limousin oak.
The flavours run to lavender, toffee, orange peel, saddle leather, cigar box, ripe fig, peppercorn and brown-sugared peach, with a robust but velvety, silky texture.
