A limited-edition rum from El Salvador, blended from rums up to 15 years old by Gabriela Ayala. The nose offers creme brulee, wood, vanilla, cinnamon, candied fruit, stone fruit, rice pudding and overripe banana. The palate brings banana, caramel, spicy oak and orange peel, with a dry finish. It is a carefully balanced blend with complex aromas, inspired by the Mayan legend of the Aluxes.
