A 15-year-old single cask rum from El Salvador, selected by Master Blender Gabriela Ayala from 15-year-old rums matured in the Cihuatán valley. It is the first single cask from Ron Cihuatán and was bottled at cask strength of 55.2% vol in a 700 ml bottle, with an outturn of 119 bottles worldwide. It matured in new white American oak.
The nose shows orange, maraschino cherry, oak and cinnamon. The palate continues those notes and finishes with an intense orange flavour.
