Clan MacGregor is a blended Scotch whisky at 40%, in a 1 litre bottle. It is put together by William Grant & Sons from fifteen malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Lowlands and Speyside. The bottle carries the Clan MacGregor emblem, used with the permission of the 24th Clan Chief, Sir Malcolm MacGregor.
The nose is sweet, with vanilla, malt, apple and toffee and a faint trace of smoke. The palate is soft, with grain, baked apple and biscuit and a mild white pepper spice. The finish is short to medium, clean and lightly sweet, with a little oak.
