Clarke's '1866' is an Old Kentucky straight sour mash bourbon whiskey, with a tasting profile that runs from corn and peanut through to orange and peppermint.
The nose brings corn, peanut and peppermint, with a touch of light barbecue sauce. The palate is sweet and soft, with flavours of orange and peppermint.
