Clyde May's is an Alabama-style whiskey made in Kentucky. It is built on a bourbon mash bill of 55% corn, 30% rye and 15% barley, and is aged for five to six years in charred American oak barrels.
The Alabama style comes from the addition of apple juice, which gives the whiskey hints of apple and cinnamon.
