Clyde May's Straight Rye Whiskey is an American straight rye aged for a minimum of 3 years.
On the nose it is floral, with honeysuckle and apricot. The palate brings spice and citrus, and the soft, smooth finish carries tannins that bring out black pepper and wood spice.
It is suggested over ice, or straight up in a Perfect Manhattan.
