This Clynelish is a Highland single malt distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection. It spent ten years in a hogshead of new oak and is bottled at 57.8% ABV.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose combines heather and citrus with honey and malt, then vanilla, soft caramel and almonds. On the palate creamy honey meets malty spice, with sharp ginger, the structure of new oak and delicate almond. The finish is long, with pronounced oak, floral heather and a light citrus note.
