An 11 year old single malt from Clynelish Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, bottled by North Star Spirits as Cask Series 028. It was distilled in January 2015 and aged in two refill hogsheads. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring. The texture is waxy and oily, carrying creamy honeydew melon and caramelised lemon, and leading to a long finish.
