A 12 year old single malt from Clynelish, released as part of the 2022 Special Release series and sold in a 70cl bottle. It shows only a slight trace of waxiness. The finishing casks have added sweetness and spice to the distillery character.
The nose is creamy, giving way to light but complex fruity and herbal notes. The palate is very smooth and well balanced, with peppery warmth, oaky spice and a little wax.
