This Clynelish was distilled in September 1989 and bottled in 2021 after 31 years in the cask. It is a Highland single malt from a single cask, released by Blackadder in its Raw Cask series at 46.8%. Only 194 bottles were filled. The whisky is unfiltered, with natural colour and no colouring added. It is described as waxy, mineral and slightly salty, with beeswax, citrus zest, ripe apple and subtle woody spices, closing with a long, dry finish.
