Coleburn Deluxe 30 Year Old Murray McDavid Blended Scotch Oloroso Sherry Butt Finish

Coleburn Deluxe 30 is a 30-year-old blended Scotch from Murray McDavid, combining single malts from Speyside and the Highlands with a Lowland single grain. The blend was finished in an Oloroso sherry butt and bottled in 2024, with 397 bottles filled. The nose offers sun-dried raisins and spiced dates, with an earthy note of a dunnage warehouse. Dried fruit, chocolatey nuts and a hint of freshly roasted coffee come through on the palate. The finish is long, with sweet oak and walnuts meeting clove and orange.
