Collectivum XXVIII Limited Release Blended Scotch (57.3%)

Collectivum XXVIII Limited Release is a blended Scotch whisky made from single malts of all 28 Diageo distilleries, which gives the Roman numeral in its name. It is part of the Diageo Special Release series and is bottled at a cask strength of 57.3%. The nose is waxy, with ginger and a perfumed tonic undertone; a little water brings out stewed fruit and Turkish delight. The palate is rich and creamy, with aniseed, caramel, allspice and clove. The finish is long and spicy, with nutty undertones and a light smoke.
