Collet Art Deco Premier Cru Brut (75cl)

Collet Art Deco is a Premier Cru Brut Champagne from the house of Collet, founded in 1921 and based in Aÿ. Its fruit comes from Premier and Grand Cru villages. Winemaker Sebastien Walasiak blends base wines from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier across several vintages. The wines age well beyond the minimum in the house's 100-year-old chalk cellars, which gives softer wines needing less dosage. The nose is fruit-driven with floral and mineral notes. The palate opens high-toned, with subtle richness and a distinguished mid-palate texture, leading to a long, fresh finish.
