Collet Brut Rosé Champagne (75cl)

This is a rosé Champagne in the Brut style from the house of Collet, founded in 1921. It is blended from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with Pinot Noir adding depth and structure, Chardonnay elegance and Meunier freshness and ripe fruit. The wine is made from only 20 crus and aged for a minimum of four years. It shows aromas of dark red fruits and red rose. The palate is rich, with floral and honeyed flavours, balancing depth with freshness.
