Collingwood Signature Blend Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Collingwood Signature Blend is a blended Canadian whisky made in Ontario and bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It combines mellow grain whisky with a deeper rye influence. It then goes through a maplewood mellowing process, which adds further softness. The nose is delicate caramel and butterscotch with floral rose notes, fruit, vanilla and toasted grain. The palate is creamy and lively, with caramel, soft grain, a little marzipan, maple syrup and gentle warming spice. The finish is mellow, with lingering grain, caramel, maple sweetness and soft spice.
