A white wine from Renato Keber under the Collio DOC, labelled Riserva Jazz. It is straw yellow with bright reflections. The nose shows white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and citrus notes, with a delicate mineral thread. On the palate it has good freshness, a soft and harmonious flavour, fruity returns and a savoury note supporting the finish. It suits seafood starters, simply prepared fish, fresh cheeses and light vegetable dishes.
