This Riserva Pinot Grigio from Renato Keber comes from the Collio DOC. Straw yellow with bright reflections, it opens with ripe white fruit, light floral nuances and a hint of minerality typical of Collio soils. The palate has body and tension, balanced acidity, a savoury texture and a lingering finish. It pairs with more structured fish dishes, shellfish, light white meats and savoury first courses with vegetables or fresh cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine. Serve cool in a wide glass.
