A white wine from Renato Keber in Collio, made from Friulano. It is straw-coloured, with delicate aromas of white flowers, white peach, fresh almond and a herbaceous note typical of the grape. The nose is clear and well defined, leading to a fresh, sapid palate with lively acidity and a clean, prolonged finish with a slight mineral trace. It suits shellfish, steamed fish, delicate risottos, soft cheeses, aperitifs and local dishes. Serve at moderate temperature.
