It shows lively straw-yellow reflections, with a complex nose of white-fleshed fruit, delicate floral notes and light mineral hints. On the palate it balances freshness and structure, with a savoury texture and a long, harmonious finish.
It suits structured fish, shellfish, white meats, mushroom dishes and moderately rich foods. Serve at around 10-12 °C in a wide white-wine glass.
