Ribolla Gialla Collio DOC Riserva Extreme Renato Keber

A white wine from Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, made from Ribolla Gialla and classified as Riserva Extreme. It shows a bright straw colour, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, white flowers and a subtle mineral note. The palate is fresh and linear, with measured balance between acidity and body. It suits seafood dishes, shellfish, carpaccio, light fish or vegetable first courses and fresh cheeses. Serve cool, around 10-12 C, in a glass that leaves room for the aromas, opening shortly before serving to preserve freshness.
