This Friulano Collio DOC Riserva from Renato Keber has a straw-yellow colour with bright reflections. The nose is fine, with white flowers, delicate aromatic herbs, white-fleshed fruit and a subtle bitter almond note.
On the palate it shows a savoury texture and good structure, supported by balanced fresh acidity, with a persistent finish and a clean taste. It pairs easily with lightly structured seafood dishes, light white meats, fresh cheeses and delicate pasta dishes.
