Colonel E.H. Taylor Four Grain Bourbon 2018 Batch (75cl, 50%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor Four Grain is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace in Frankfort, in a 75cl bottle. This is the 2018 batch, bottled in bond at 100 proof (50% ABV). The mash bill uses four grains: corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. Wheat is the addition to the three-grain recipe of Buffalo Trace's standard bourbons, and this expression is made only within the E.H. Taylor programme. The 2018 batch reflects that production season, with small differences in grain sourcing, fermentation and barrel placement from year to year.
