Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Batch 10 2021 (75cl, 63.6%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Batch 10 is the tenth release in Buffalo Trace's annual Barrel Proof series. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon made at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort from the Taylor mashbill, in a 750ml bottle. It is named in honour of Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., the father of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. The bourbon is bottled at 63.65% ABV (127.3 proof), uncut and unfiltered, so each barrel's character reaches the glass without dilution.
