Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Batch 12 (65.6%)

This is Batch 12 of Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof, a bourbon made from hand-selected barrels and bottled at 65.6% ABV. It goes into the bottle straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. The bourbon reflects the way whiskey was made before Prohibition, when Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. owned Buffalo Trace Distillery. The barrels were aged in warehouses built more than a century ago under his supervision. The taste is smooth yet powerful and uncompromising.
