Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Batch 14 (63.7%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Batch 14 is a bourbon bottled at 63.7% ABV, or 127.3 proof. It is made from hand-selected barrels and bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. The range recalls the way whiskey was made before Prohibition, when Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. owned Buffalo Trace Distillery. The barrels it is drawn from were aged in warehouses built more than a century ago under his watch. The taste is described as smooth, yet powerful and uncompromising.
