Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is named after Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., who began distilling at the close of the Civil War, when he bought the O.F.C. Distillery. The bourbon is made by hand and aged in century-old warehouses built by Taylor himself. Barrels are assessed and selected one by one, then married into a single bourbon intended for sipping.
