Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch (70cl, 50%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made by hand and aged in century-old warehouses built by E.H. Taylor, Jr., the nineteenth-century distiller who bought O.F.C. Distillery at the close of the Civil War. Barrels are evaluated and selected for the blend. The palate shows caramel corn sweetness with butterscotch and liquorice. The finish is soft in the mouth and turns to subtle pepper and tobacco spice.
