Colonel E.H. Taylor Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Colonel E.H. Taylor Straight Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle. It pays tribute to the classic American whiskey style and to the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. was instrumental in passing that law, which safeguarded genuine whiskey labels from producers who, in his words, "polluted and diluted" their whiskey. The Act requires whiskey from a single distiller and a single season, aged for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof.
