A limited edition rum made from a blend of aged rums from Nicaragua and Panama, finished for six months in casks that previously held peated Islay whisky. The edition is limited to one cask.
On the nose there are delicious exotic and fruity aromas, followed by a hint of spices such as pepper and curry, then subtle smoky aromas. The palate is smooth, with hazelnut and praline notes that develop into a vegetal and full-bodied character. The finish is delicately toasted and smoky, the hallmark of the Boulet de Canon range.
