A rum from El Salvador, limited to 402 bottles. It is bottled at 43% vol. in a 700 ml bottle.
On the nose it is fruity, with pear and banana, strong sweet almond notes that gradually give way to woody and peppery notes. The palate is straightforward and clear, with pepper and sweet spices, cloves and chestnuts. The finish brings toffee, dark 80% chocolate and tiramisu, carried by roasted aromas.
