Compagnie des Indes Enmore 1988 2018 is a 30-year-old aged rum from Guyana, distilled in 1988 from molasses and bottled at 48% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. It comes from the Enmore distillery, which closed in 1993, and the outturn is 220 bottles.
The colour was not changed with caramel colouring. Tasting notes include intense cedar wood, dried fruit, mineral notes, grass tones, tobacco, roasted nuts, intense fruit, coca leaves and ripe cherries, with a very long finish.
