A single cask rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited, distilled in 2011 and aged eleven years. Bottled at 59.7% vol in a 700 ml bottle, with an outturn of 242 bottles, exclusively for Germany. The nose shows chocolate, leather and charcoal, with fresh-fruity and spicy notes. The palate has chocolate cookies, leather, smoky charred wood, candied ginger, mint, dried apricot and raisins. The finish is woody, slightly bitter and medicinal, long and intense.
