Rogues' Banquet was created for Compass Box's 20th anniversary and released in 2020. It is a blend of malts from Miltonduff, Clynelish and Glen Elgin, with grain whisky added for roundness and creaminess. The whisky matured in first-fill bourbon casks, refill hogsheads and French oak.
The nose brings tropical fruit, honey, citrus, soft spice, vanilla and ripe peach. The palate is rich and creamy, with pineapple, mango, toffee, vanilla cream, citrus oil and a little warm oak. The finish is long, softly spicy and fruity.
