Compass Box Stranger & Stranger (2018)

Compass Box Stranger & Stranger is the 2018 edition, made to mark the long collaboration between Compass Box and the design agency Stranger & Stranger, which has designed the Compass Box labels for years. Only 4,802 bottles were released. The blend combines malts from Glenlossie, Linkwood and Glen Elgin with a small portion of old Girvan single grain whisky. It was matured in oak barrels. The nose offers floral notes, vanilla, fresh citrus, soft oak and light spice. The palate is round, with creamy vanilla, apple, spicy wood and a gentle sweetness. The finish is long and slightly spicy.
