Cooper's Craft is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled without an age statement, in a 1 litre bottle. It is filtered through beech and birch charcoal, and the mash bill is thought to be 51% corn.
The final ageing takes place in new charred oak barrels made by Brown-Forman Cooperage.
On the nose there is lightly toasted oak, freshly baked apples and cream with citrus. The palate brings soft custard cream and lemon rind, with warm apple, oak and spice.
