Copper & Kings Geography Bi Continental American Brandy (75cl)

An American brandy from Copper & Kings of Louisville, Kentucky, Geography is aged on two continents. Brandy matured in Kentucky is blended with brandy that has aged overseas in European oak barrels. The distillery uses American pot stills and ages its spirit in environments where music vibrations are thought to influence maturation. Here, ripe American fruit character meets the more elegant influence of European oak. On the nose there is ripe orchard fruit, honey, toasted oak and citrus zest. The palate brings apple, pear, caramel, baking spice and vanilla, and the finish is smooth and warming, with lingering fruit and light oak.
