Cotswolds – Bourbon Cask (70cl, 59.1%)

Cotswolds Bourbon Cask is a single malt from the distillery's Cask Expressions Collection, bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The spirit, described as rich and fruity, was matured in select first-fill ex-bourbon barrels made from American oak. These casks give notes of vanilla and honey, and the result is a sweet, malty whisky.
