Round Hill Harvest is the fifth expression in the Harvest Series from Cotswolds Distillery, a limited release single malt bottled at 55% ABV. It marries ex-maple syrup casks with Spanish oak Oloroso hogsheads, with a subtle hint of peat, and is distilled from 100% local Cotswolds barley.
The nose offers malt loaf and sweet maple. Soda bread, fudge and salted caramel appear on the palate, and the finish brings cacao, demerara sugar and gentle herbal peat.
