The Full English is a single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery, bottled at 56.6% ABV. It was released to celebrate the newly granted Geographical Indication status of English whisky.
Everything about it comes from the local area: local barley, English water, and distilling and maturing in the Cotswolds. The whole maturation took place in English oak from a sustainably managed forest.
The cask was handmade by master cooper Alastair Simms at Jensen's, the last remaining cooperage in England.
