Cotswolds Peated Cask is a cask strength single malt from England, bottled at 60.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is one of 1600 bottles.
It is made in small batches from 100% local barley, which is traditionally floor-malted. Fermentations are long, the spirit is double pot distilled, and the whisky is matured in ex-peated quarter casks.
The result is described as a well-balanced, rich and fruity whisky with subtle notes of peat smoke.
