Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt is an English single malt in a 70cl bottle, part of the Cask Expressions collection. Each annual batch is a blend of carefully selected sherry casks.
The casks are American and Spanish oak, some seasoned with dry oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximenez. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
It is described as full of dried fruit and chocolate, with a touch of spice.
