This is a 13 year old single malt from Craigellachie, finished in Armagnac casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose opens with vanilla pastries dusted with brown sugar, moving towards apple sauce, ripe peach, nectarine and grape. The palate is full and spicy, with rich caramel, baked apples, sharp wood spice, cinnamon and exotic spices.
The finish is medium in length and dry, with a quiet trace of oak.
